AOL - America Online ripoff! We are being billed after trying several times to cancel

After My husband and I cancelled both of our accounts we were continually given free months of service and refuse to cancel our service and now we are being billed for these accounts after trying several times to cancel these accounts. Now, after 6 months we are still being billed. This is unfair to all of us that have encountered this problem. This is going on our credit reports because of AOL.
