Ripoff! I never recieved a refund as promised after not receiving the product.internet

I submitted an order on january 2. I never recieved the product so i asked for a refund. They agreed. That was the last i heard from them the regarding this. A few promises but they never follow through. They owe me $98.90. It was taken from my account on the 12 of january. I have sent numerous e-mails. I want my money back.
