Ripoff Stealing money by credit card

I purchased a new Dell computer and was given a choice of 6 months free service from AOL. I did not use the free service and deleted it from my computer long before the 6 months expired. I had service with Earthlink. I was billed by AOL for a months service at the end of 6 months because I did not cancel the service. I called in about the billing. They now have started billing me $4.95 a month for something and I don't know what it is. I never one time used AOL serviceduring that time.
