Right before Thanksgiving my computer messed up. Something happened on the inside. I tried to use warranty. They turned it into a nightmare instead of piece of mind. To make a long story short, they shipped me a box and I shipped it out. On Dec. 15,03 I got it back and it was unusable. They broke my facing and my on button. UPS did not do this. I had to go get a lawyer for them to send me another box to fix it. On Jan. 29,04 I called Tandy (Radio shack) and he (Hank) said they was going to ship my computer back broke and when the button got stuck again they would fix it right. I told him no, I want it fixed right now. He said he had to order a part.

The following Tuesday they had it shipped back to me. The UPS man caught up with me on Thursday and I refused to accept it because I was still under the impression that it was broke. I bought a 17" flat screen monitor. When I first got it, it crashed a lot then it seemed like it just did it less often after a while. I used to like my computer but shop nbc and Tandy (Radio shack) turned it into a nightmare that I don't seem to be able to wake up from. I will never buy another thing from shopnbc. I block their station from my tv. I have not used my new computer since right before Thanksgiving. It seems to me that my computer should have been up and running a long time ago.
