When I bought my computer I was told they did the service in the local store for the extended service agreement! Of course that's not even close to true. After losing my laptop, calling me a liar, cursing at me, hanging up on me, giving me in-accurate information, changing the date that I originally turned my computer in to avoid multiple "RSA" agreements on their end. Talking to someone every day in service who "Claimed to be the "TOP" man or woman of the company, and treated like a downright piece of trash. I would highly recommend NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! They have some serious issues all the way from the top to the bottom. I even called the President of the Company - or his secretary rather - and was blown off about Return Service Agreement that I paid $200 for. If it took longer than 10 days to get the parts for my computer I was supposed to be given the option to return to the store where I purchased it, and exchange it for a comperable model.instead of making good on their agreement - they changed the dates in their system to their advantage. They had to order parts the first time because of a defect in the computer, and after the technician broke the chassis on the INSIDE of the computer - they tried to blame it on me - even though I never dropped or damaged the computer in any way, and he had to replace the motherboard - which meant dis-assembling the computer and re-assembling it. He obviously broke something in the process. They then tried to blame it on me even though there were NO signs of outer impact of ANY KIND or even any scratches! He then had to order that part, and I spent another week and a half waiting on that part. I say we put them out of business. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO BE ABLE TO FIX AFTER PAYING FOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, (which was 1/4 of the total purchase price of the computer). I suppose they dont honor the RSA's because almost everything they sell breaks before the extended service warranty expires! Blacklist them!!! They are the worst company i have ever seen at following through with what they promise!!!
