Poor Service, Scam Alert

Stay away from these guys. They will sell you hard, and not deliver. Then they will make every excuse in the book to why they are not delivering. They say they will customize your facebook page, and all they do is change your default image, and make an about us page, when the salesman sold you on something totally different. They salesman Gary Germano says its an SEO package, then when speaking to the owner Chris he says its an EGO package. Gary also says that they have a team of professional writers for the press releases, but its really just Chris the owner that writes it and it comes out terrible. Then when confronted about it, they come up with excuses. Supposed to have 1,000 facebook friends in 7-10 days, 2 months went by, and no friends were added, and they say this was caused from customizing the facebook page, which took 30 days for a changed default image, and about us page. Its a joke. Then when confronted the owner Chris about poor service, and not being happy. He sends an email telling me to go F myself, really professional there. We were going to be a reseller for them, but since the experience was so bad, we would never put our reputation on the line. And he says we didn't live up to our side of the deal. What a joke. Then he calls the people we were going to get involved with the company Phone Room Douchebags with no website. Total destruction of any business relationship. So we are just trying to get our money back for the work not performed, we have reported them to the Better Business Bureau of Arizona, they have not responded nor will they respond now. What a rip off stay away from these guys. True Scam Artists.
