Facebook's technical support is a bad joke. - Facebook

I am developing a Facebook page for a bird fanciers club. Every day for the past week when I log on to the page, I see postings about Elvis, Reba McEntire, Pink Floyd and more. I do not want these on my page. I have tried hiding them, reporting them as spam, unliking them, adjusting the setting so that only I can post to the site. Absolutely nothing works. Then to top it off, I filed a complaint ticket and received a form response from Facebook saying that I would get a "real" response in two hours. Twelve hours later, I'm still waiting for a response. I got this kind of lousy service from Yahoo groups. I expected something better from Facebook. I am seriously disappointed and I am about to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
