Incomplete Shippment of CD

My order id (103-7730993-2121054) was for the albums 'Silk Road 1 & 2' by Kitaro. Only 1 cd of the 2 cd set was shipped. I was wrapping it as a presnt for my Wife on her birthday (may 25) and noticed that it was missing a 2nd disc which was clearly advertised and listed on the receipt. I would like to get both of the cd's that I ordered.
