After times of attempting to contact them, among their shopbyus.com repetition, Aron advised me that my purchase get delivered inside a week for the most part. Bullsh! T. They went down on the vacation for like 10 times, that we discovered myself. It has been more than 2 months, and all of this period I am still attempting to contact them. Nowadays I Have obtained a reimbursement notice! I did so NOT request a return! They're definitely unprofessional and unreliable. I thought it'd be excellent to save lots of several dollars on the set of shades, although not worth the full time and work. If youare one having a lifestyle, and does not have occasion to waste on pursuing anyone to continuously examine in case your product is so as, shopbyus.com isn't for you.
