Stealing Deposit for Services

My partner and that I were likely to purchase a house from E. Hovnanian using the 'aid' from their income affiliate, Tom Rude. Although there he informed us we're able to fund our shades in to the notice or spend in a cashiers check. A couple weeks later we decide to purchase the shades having a check. We particularly requested him "When The mortgage isn't authorized, then we shall get our cash for that shades back... Right?" there is a complicated section concerning the return, and so I requested again and he explained that people might obtain the money-back when the mortgage wasn't authorized. Per week later we discover the mortgage wasn't going right through, therefore Ben offered the home such as the shades we taken care of and informed us that people need to buy another house to obtain the cash back. If we could not get accepted today how might we get authorized within the next a few months? Additionally, how right could it be they offered our home, using the shades we taken care of, and didn't provide us the shades or money-back?
