I signed up for a trial service with IMX for a month. After two weeks they had not provided any services promised so I called to cancel. After a lengthy wait on the phone I was transferred to an account manager who was determined to talk me out of canceling the account. He would not shut up. He went on and on and on trying to stop me from cancelling. Eventually after a loud and unprofessional conversation, and my promising that my next phone call would be to The Pa State Consumer Advocate and the Better Business Bureau he relented and said he was cancelling. And I am still suspicious so I called my credit card company to put a block on any charges from IMX. My advice, do not waste your time.
