LEGEND CREDIT FOR Hilarycard - Hillary Duff Visa Gift Card
Ripoff It has been a month and my daughter has not received her Hillary Duff visa gift card

The gift card that I ordered has not come in yet and I can't track it down to any existing company. They charged my card almost immediately following my online order. I tried Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company which is listed on the website www.hilarycard.com and they were puzzled about this product and would not accept responsibilty. Visa does not as well.

I attempted Legend Credit company and there is not a phone number listed. I have notified my bank and they suggested that I change my debit card which is going to be a hassle. I think I've been ripped off!!
