The goods haven't been received, I've had no contact from them

I ordered them on 26/12, compensated after I requested. The products have not been obtained, I've had no-contact from their website. I've sent them, no reaction. The hyperlink for 'Client Issues' on the site seems to not function! There is no telephone number to contact. Unhappy.
