The money was taken from my account but as yet the goods have failed to arrive

On 7th November I requested, a In car-phone owner to get a HTC idol and Iphone-4 display prtectors as items for Christmas. The cash was obtained from my consideration but up to now the products have did not appear. I've delivered 4 emails, and obtained guidance in the Authorities Consumer-Direct Division. It's worth remembering this Site doesn't have contact address or phone number, and it is in violation of particular consumer regulations. (that is receiving investigated).

By today 27th Dec I'm without my products, without my cash and would really like it returned.
