I put an order of $68 (2 gift-cards) on March 21st. I reside in Ny, therefore waited only a little over per week til March 30th. Nothing in my own mail... I sent (simply because they don't have customer care telephone number) them with my purchase confirmation mail with purchase #. They sent me back on March 31st stating it occasionally occupies to 3 months. And so I waited 3 months when I was advised to. Our giftcard didn't come. I sent again on April 11th telling them used to do not obtain my purchase. They sent me back on April 12th stating they might create a complete reimbursement and explained to check on my charge card record in a couple of days. And so I waited again til April 16th, and that I didn't get any reimbursement. I sent them again informing them used to do not notice $68 back again to my charge card. On April 18th, they abruptly begin saying they'd returned on March 22nd. Why? I put an order March 21st. I actually contatced them on March 30th since I had been therefore nervous to get my purchase.

By today May 18th, they demand they'd returned $68 on March 23rd, plus they recommended me to get hold of my charge card compnay and lender becaue they cannot do something further. The telephone number they've on the webpage is for Revenue Dept. And also the man believed to me "if you should be not putting an order, I can not enable you're you putting an order??? Terrible (NUMBER) customer support. It is only $68, but imagine when they do that for 20 clients each day... I actually do onlineshopping daily and also have never had a poor encounter before whatsoever. BUT I'd never store on this website again.
