BLH Recycling $120 ripoff, problem not fixed

Recently took my computer in to get viruses removed. I ended up loosing all my data and my speakers did not work when I got my machine home. Called and they were not helpful. I was told that I should have paid for the $50 backup service, which I wasn't told about. $120 to get my data erased and now my computer doesn't work right still.
