Viruses didn't get taken off my compute

Had this joker out to my house. He spent about 3 hours, obviously confused, and wasn't able to get rid of my viruses. CHARGED $150!!! Unbelievable! Ended up finding this great program called Malwarebytes that a friend recommended and it fixed my computer in like 30 minutes!
Do yourself a favor and download Malwarebytes if you have viruses! Don't pay anyone if you don't have to, and don't use Age of Computers if you do.
