I have had Comcast for a few years now, and found myself at a place where I needed to reduce my monthly budget. After several phone calls, and e-mail correspondence over a few months, they are inflexible to keeping me as a customer. When asked if or how I can lower my bill, they had very few solutions. I was told the only offers were for new customers, so basically they don't want to keep their existing clients. Then they raised my bill by $15 instead of helping me at all. I went to a competitor, and got the price I needed for my budget. They were flexible and worked with me in every way. Customer Service Comcast, look up the definition and see if you can retrain your company.
