Two Gold Coated Buffalo Nickels Arrived Brassy, Refund Missing

I ordered 2 gold-coated buffalo nickels at fifteen dollars apiece. What I received was 2 brassy-colored buffalo nickels made out of pot metal. I sent them back March 10. The mint received my coins back but did not put the credit back on my charge card. I called customer service, and they said they never received the coins back. I went to the post office to verify. I have a receipt from the post office where I insured the nickels. I do not know what to do.
