Shipped wrong item and no exchange!

I requested a set of sneakers yesterday. Obtained them recently and discovered they delivered the incorrect product. I can't locate any telephone number on the site, and so I approached customer support through email. I had been informed they don't supply trade. I've to produce the tag, return the incorrect someone to an advantages area and substitute new purchase. Evidently constantly I've allocated to SHOES.com was lost for nothing! And what is more frustrating may be the sneakers I'd like isn't any longer available!!! I did so request customer support and wanna they try to look for my size. The things they responded is visit their site and press"notidy me if available"... Not assisting at-all!!!
