Defective product, Poor customer service, did not stand behind their waranty

I purchased a laptop from $10 Computer Repair that was defective almost from the day I bought it. I felt like I was very patient with them even though the product they sold me was constantly needing repair. They never responded to any emails, never called me back when they said they would, and when I finally went in to get help they wanted to charge me almost $200 to fix it. Also if you call them after business hours or while they are busy their phone system is not set up to take voice mails, there is not even a mention that you are calling a legitimate business unless someone picks up. I won't be using them again.
