I requested 35 outside batteries from gogo power.com and also have encounter some issues with them. They're evidently included in per year guarantee. Nevertheless, I've been attempting to return them for 3 months today. I've sent atleast 6 occasions without any reaction. The web site claims they react to emails quickly. It has definitely not been the situation for me personally. I'm extremely disappointed.
