I never received my item

I never received my product. I approached them-but no aid was handed. Their customer support was terrible. These were rude and appeared to just wish to claim that it had been not their problem the product was never obtained. I'm really dissatisfied also it was a dreadful knowledge. I don't suggest buying at all.
