Awful experience

I bought a tv online like a christmas present mid-December. I obtained them before 12/25 simply to discover the incorrect product have been delivered, a smaller quality and dimension tv. I delivered the TV and fourteen days later obtained the right product nevertheless it did not work. No image or noise. I delivered this product back and sustained a $45 delivery cost to do this. The sluggish, sluggish customer support clerk recommended to send a bill for delivery compensation. Again fourteen days later obtained another product which was killed along one aspect. For that third-time I delivered them nevertheless required they get at their cost and required a return. I had been recommended again by their customer support there will be a 15% restocking charge with no delivery compensation. They evidently had go out of the product and may no further satisfy my purchase.
