Very poor customer service, non-delivery/late delivery of items

Ordered a barebones computer on 3/17 and was informed on the sales order that there would be 1-2 days building/testing before they mailed it out. The computer did not get put into the mail until 3/29/11!

When I called the company to ask why it took so long to get out, the representative was VERY rude and asked me "what do you want me to do about it?"

To add insult to injury, after checking the tracking info, it was not scheduled to arrive until 4/8, I don't know what kind of snail they put my computer on the back of, but its a slow one.

I would highly recommend finding another company to deal with if you are in the market form computer items.
