On April 28, I called Suddenlink to obtain basic service. Representative confirm Friday May 13th that my service would be installed between hours of 4pm - 6pm. On May 13th approximately 6:02pm Still no technician! Well I then decided to contact the Suddenlink, A representative said that they would wave the installion of $30.00 and the technician would then could me within 15 or 20 minutes, after waiting an additional 30 minutes still no technician! Wow the free installation sounded great! However I wasted an entire evening and there was still no technician! My wife and I had planned an evening of entertainment but no "Show"... Is that pooor customer service or what!!! Also the stories of each of representative was very inconsistent to each other!!! Is it that more training is needed? Mr. Walmart prided himself in customer service and he new that it could not be second place!!
