Ripoff tried to cancel 3 months ago still billing me!

Tried to cancel 3 months ago. I found out they are still billing me so when I called them, they said they know. I called them earlier but did not send my letter for cancellation. Wish they told me I had to send a letter. Anyway the lady was rude and just hung up.
