Refusal To Cancel One Of Three Radios Despite Repeated Calls

Two years ago, I called to cancel one of my three XM radio receivers. They continued to send a bill for all three, so I called again to cancel. They said I had not completed my cancellation, so I told them to cancel again... They did not. I received a notice that if I don't sign up for a year or more contract my rates will double. I have called three times trying to cancel my service, and they won't cancel.
I guess I will file a complaint with the BBB and my credit card, and ask that they do not allow additional charges.
It is ridiculous that the company just refuses to acknowledge a cancel and continues to charge its customers.

Stay away from this company unless you want to be caught in billing hell.
