They don't care about their customers

Don't order from their website. I requested a mattress in Dec. For nearly 2K, it arrived broken in my experience on Jan. 5th. I had been advised an upgraded had been requested. It's today March 4th and that I am being informed also poor so unhappy. They'll not do something to pay me. Our headboard includes a large break inside it (not from delivery procedure whilst the container was not broken at-all) that operates a great 8" in the entrance of the headboard up the most effective and systems round the back. I'll NEVER purchase from their website again and plead others to check out. They do not worry about their clients. I experimented with contact customer support and was informed that I had been prohibited to understand the title of the supervisor which was taking a look at my bill info which he was never at his table to talk to me.
