Poor product/worse customer service

We requested furniture out of this organization that was 3 months later than we were informed it'd appear. While it came, it had been unearthed that the incorrect sized headboard have been requested. 3 months later we got our shipping. 2 of the 6 items were therefore broken they'd not provide them. Three additional items were broken from the Lapeer Furniture shipping circus clowns, who also broken my red wooden door.

They re-ordered my broken items. Upon supply of these, among the items was also broken to provide. Reaction in the business proprietor is a laugh. He complains about how hectic he's, and h0w he's not accountable for something that occurs inside the organization he possesses. He's no capability to cope with business; not with customer support, or inside the everyday procedures of his business. He often operates phony losing sight of company revenue, and it is generally, totally inefficient. Contact Jeff Jerky to get a terrible company transaction. We have experienced no quality.
