This company sells a monthly service plan to maintain your business computer network. Their business model requires their technicians to do the bear minimum to put bandages on your computer network, but will never do the job 100%. The idea is to keep OC-IT clients "a little broken" so the need to keep their clients in need of "temporary fixes." They have trained their technicians to do the minimum required and deliver recourse to the technicians that make recommendations for permanent fixes. The ethics and morals of the business model is truly evil.

SMALL BUSINESSES BEWARE OF OC-IT! They will never do the job right and will not accept responsibility for their mistakes. OC-IT business office runs on pirated software, steals software installation CDs and codes and uses them for clients that are unable to afford legit software. They reprimand employees who are against unethical business practices and have increadibly high staff turn-over.in the past 6 months, they have hired, fired and lost 5 technicians. This is not a real company but a scam being run in Orange County, California.
