This computer software company doesnt sell functionable software

I bought software for my business computer network from this company. Was supposed to have a very friendly management organizing system for company finances, customer contact info, and sales tracking tools... I paid 799.00 for this program and unable to use it. I call them for support and they tell me it is easy to use and i should follow the prompts hat pop up... Which they dont this software does not do any thing at all they just copied graphs and materials from other programs and put them on a disc, to look like it is something usefull they wont help you except telling you to follow instructions because this software is no functionable they hope frustration will make the consumer give up and throw it away... I ask for a refund they said if i open the cardboard cd cover the product is used now so no money back... Dont buy from this local new york company software company...
