Liqpay.com
Can't get my money back

Internet & Web

Liqpay at first sounded like a good way to send money. Each transaction has a new numerical password, sent to you on your mobile phone. I only signed up with them because another site, Powerhousebids.com (another complaint) was only accepting Liqpay for payment at one time. For starters I just put $36 in my Liqpay acct. But whenever I triedj to make a payment through them I ended up having to take more money from my debit card and could never seem to use the funds already in my Liqpay acct. And every transaction seemed to require assistance from Chat, and some special form they would have to send me. The Chat folks didn't seem to have a good grasp of English and I had to rephrase nearly every question. Not sure, I think Liqpay is out of Ukraine maybe. And it was very slow, each question was first answered with "minute", which was at least 5 minutes or more. Getting sick of the hassle and ending my business with Powerhousebids, I decided to reclaim my funds in Liqpay account. LOL I've tried several times, once I thought it was really going to happen. But it all seems to come back to fact that even though they can take money from US, they can't send it back. I'd have to leave the country to get my money back. I'm so glad it isn't more, but hey $36 is a sack of groceries at least! I wonder how long it just sits there, or where it will go?"what is your question? I do not understand... Minute". Stear clear, if that's the only way a merchant will do business, find another merchant.
