Charged for goods and never delivered ripoff

I ordered a tshirt from their website. They accepted my payment through paypal, so I waited for delivery. After over a month of waiting, I contacted the website, and was told that they had been swarmed with recent orders, but that I would receive my order soon.
I have since then attempted to contact the website on several occasions with no reply. After doing some investigating, I have found that I am not the only person who has been ripped off.
