Sandusky Ohio Virus attack, Bad sales person

I went to Best Buy to get a new lap top and got the shaft. I wanted the new Dell but Best Buy in Sandusky OH. Did not have it. The sales girl did not tell us she could order one for us nor did she tell us she could check with other Best Buys to see if they had one. I ended up with a Gateway which is not my 1st or 2nd choice. Within 5 weeks it had gotten a virus that crashed all programing. I paid $443.63 for it and when I took it back to the store they said they could fix it. I asked if I could trade it in for the Dell. All they would give me for the Gateway was $87.00. I am pissed. So in order to fix it I ended up paying another $188.49. Now I have paid approx. $632.12 for a $400.00 dollar computer. Two things stand out to here, the sales girl did not do her job and Best Buy charges WAY to much to repair computers that THEY sell. No matter how you look at it Gateways virus protection does not hold up. We had even added Micro Titanium to it and it still crashed. Mostly the high cost for the computer and repair really makes me mad since it was only 5 weeks old. I lost everything I had put on the computer and certainly got NO satisfaction from Best Buy. My next stop is Gateway!!!
