Fraudulent internet company

I purchased an inverter from Batterycentury.com over a month ago. I am still waiting. They do not have any customer service, they charged my credit card via paypal. I had to take it a step further and file a complaint with my credit card about batterycentury.com. The number listed on their website goes to voicemail 24/7, there is no one to speak with or file a claim with there. I have contacted paypal with regards to this and they chose to ignore my email. Does paypal know that they are dealing with a fraudulent company and it can backfire on them? I want my money back! Anyone reading this report please please stay away from this company, keep your money and spend it else where, thecompany is a scam, theives to put it bluntly and thanks to paypal they got my money for FREE! I am taking this as far as I can so that I can at least get my money back. Everything about batterycentury.com spells rip off!
