Nowhere does it declare that this is not a New movie.in fact, the search shows New above the link for the movie when I went to the purchase. Given that the DVD has shown up today and is an opened case and that there are no markings on the DVD, I am led to believe that this is not new, nor a legitimate DVD. Even the artwork on the case looks to be printed on a color inkjet printer. It does appear to play, but even money says pirated copy...
