Purchased an old movie from silver age films. Movie is a pirated copy and will not play. I have called the phone number given to report film not working phane massage says leave your iformation and someone will get back to you in 36 hours, or for faster services se thend an email. I have done both several times and no reply at all. Please help I want a dvd copy of the movie Jazz Singer with neil diamond.
