I rented a movie for one dollar and when I returned it I mistakenly deposited dvd holder without the actual movie in the case but subsequently called them to ask how to fix my error to which they said go back to machine and purchase an empty case and then put in the movie that you forgot to return. Well I did exactly as I was told but when I saw a charge for 26.00 dollars I called them and they tried to say I never returned the movie to which I said look I am an old lady and I know that the movie was returned and they offered to give me 10.00 dollars back and then even 15.00 and I said you should give me all of the 26.00 back since I stole nothing from them. They finally admitted that there had been a purchase of an empty case but how did they know if I had actually put a movie in the case? I said well obviously they were the thieves and were going to steal from me and I would have no recourse to protect myself since they had my card info. They finally did say they would give me back 15.00 dollars which they did at their leisure like 2 or 3 weeks later, so they did take 10.00 that was not really there's to legitimately take.
