Transformer World 2005
Tfw2005.com ripoff, did not fill order, will not respond to requests for order status update or refind requests

On October 6 I submitted an order for a book online at tfw2005 for $29.50. The book was delayed at no fault of and at first they were quick to respond to my request for an update of when the publisher would be shipping the book out to retailers.

The book was then released September and tfw2005 confirmed on their website that they had it in stock and would be shipping it out immediately. Time passed and I have sent several e-mails requesting the status of my order with no reply. I then requested a refund via e-mail and no response.

I have since sent numerous e-mails trying to get some kind of correspondence from them without success. They have no phone number listed and I was unable to find it anywhere else. There are numerous complaints from other customers regarding the same issue on Yahoo's rating and feed back website.

It has now been five months and I am convinced that tfw200f had no intention of fulfilling my order.
