American Spa Supplies ripoff

We placed the order for our company products on September 8, requested (after transaction had gone through on Ooh La Spa's website) the addition of a instructional video of $25. We received an email from Brad J with the company confirming the addition of the video to our order and stating that our order would be shipped out within the next 1-2 days. We received no un-solicited responses from them about our order since that time. We didn't receive our package and so after trying to call them and email them several times with no response we FINALLY received a reply to one of our emails regarding the status of our order on September 30 from Brad J.in this email he apologized for the delay in our shipping and said that the elastic bandages (only 1 part of our order) were in fact on back order (which was news to us, not having received any sort of communication from them at all about our order since the video addition confirmation.) but that they would be in their office the following Monday, October 3 and that he would ship our order out by priority mail that day.

I emailed him and let him know that that would be fine & that we would expect the shippment with no extra shipping charges accordingly. However, although we did receive a package (Oct 12) from them finally, it contained only the one set of backordered product and none of the rest of our order. We have tried fruitlessly to contact the company via email and telephone leaving voicemails, etc to resolve this issue, but they are showing no concern to return any of our correspondence which is why we are resorting to reporting them to the BBB. We hope that you will be able to help us resolve this issue.
