Poor customer service and connection issues

We've various issues with AT&T pretty much every month. For over fourteen days we'd NO phone support. Whenever we named them for repairs, they provided just an automatic program and set a scheduled appointment about 3 months away. Your AT&T Uverse has issues about each month or two. For all weeks in AROW our Uverse containers were not able to obtain program improvements and we'd shed the image totally. We'd to disconnect the device/centre and each wire package to reset them. The procedure required about 20-30 minutes every time, such as the restart. Today we can not download films from our NetFlix instant line. It worked ideal for a couple of years, however now it can't obtain any films. Likewise, my children PS3 can't download updates. I can not help but believe AT&T decreases rates for competitive goods. Today after I desired to talk to their CS, they suggested they'd "restricted" capability to operate inspections. It required at 5-minute talk with uncover restricted means NONE. Why cannot they simply claim they cannot help in the place of cause you to request many products and find out restricted means no aid? They truly s*.
