I paid Tobias D Pimentel, CEO of ppcwizardonline.com to perform some seo for one of my websites and according to his website at the time and per contact with Mr. Tobias he guaranteed to perform certain seo functions for me within a set period of time. When the time was up I contacted him and he responded once that he would get back to me and then nothing. I attempted to contact him via email, postal mail, and phone many many times with no results. I then registered a complaint with the BBB and he ignored them also. Other people have also now registered a complaint with the bbb. You can view the report at:
