Lost boxes, went though boxes and took out items

I called a bunch of moving companies for prices because me and my husband where just moving back to the states from Germany where we were stationed. I need thing delivered to our new house in Kentucky that we had at our parent houses and the things our son grow out of. They we're suppose to pick up my things on Monday May 19th but they called because it was easier for them to do it on Sunday at 9 A.M.instead. They were an hour late. Everything was already packed for them, all they had to do was put it into the truck. This job was so easy a rock could of done it.

After my thing were in the truck. All 38 BOXES and a BIKE. I paided the movers who then wanted 200.00 dollars more then I was told. The foreman said that he would call me that night to tell me when my things would arrive in Kentucky and then said right now would be the time i would give them a tip. I gave him a tip because I felt pressured. I never got a call until the day they were coming. I kept getting pushed around everytime I called to find out when my thing would get to Kentucky. It took four days for my thing to make it to Kentucky. They called me in the morning and told me that they should be at my house around 8:00 P.M., well they came at 11:30 P.M. My husband has to be up early because he is in the service and my son is only 6 months old. My husband had to drive to the end of the drive to get our thing and bring it to the house. They clamed that they could not get the tuck down our driveway (you could fly a plane down it) and if they walked the boxes more then 75ft that we would have to give them $75 more. We got no inventory sheet and they again asked for a tip. I guess they don't understand that you have to work for a tip but I would think that the stuff they reopened my boxes for and took wasn't enough of a tip. I have been tring to talk to someone there and they keep jerking me around. Please do not use this company. I'm writing this right now because I can't sleep thinking about the think the things they OUT of my boxes. Something needs to be done.
