Billed $24 for instructions found through Google without prior notice

I wrote GOOGLE for direction on how to fix the visual fields on my screen. I was given instructions and a bill for $24 w/o prior notice that this was a paid service of a third party, if GOGLE contracts out their servicestuy should be required to post a prior warning notice on all cites. I am on SSI, & the unexpected debitor an join in the colecrots.
