Internet Going off

Well, this is about the hundredth time that this has happened and I'm getting real sick of it. Daily, my internet goes off, and i have to pull the power cord and wait 15 secs and replug and it works again. I thought TWC was supposed to provide great Customer Services, Thanks for the False Advertisement. If this doesn't get fixed soon, I'm taking my business else where and taking all my friend who have TWC with me. You will lose out on a GREAT number of customers after this.
