I have been a customer from growing up to when i bought my house and became a customer on my own. Never had i had issues with getting a decent price once my contract expired til now! They must feel they have the best of the best and i hate to say it but the customer service people i have spoke with need to go to a class on customer service. They are rude and just right ugly. I have the same package as my parents, uncle, neighbor and a friend and we all have different prices even though we signed up about the same time. A friend just renewed hers and got everything for 89.99, i was offered 157.00!!! BIG DIFFERENCE. However new customers get a wonderful deal yet they wont offer old customers and the dedicated customers anything worth taking. OH and you have 30 days to decide or they can AUTOMATICALLY renew me at 171.79!!! Not to mention i have been trying to get my name changed for over a year on my caller id cause who needs their ex-husbands name still on caller id, BUT they can not manage to do that either, and laugh when i say that it needs to come off. I need a new internet, phone and tv service cause no one at time warner cable will work with me. They are good for a few years then they will stop giving you decent prices. I expect to pay around 120-130 but not 170 for basic cable, internet and just a phone line. I dont have anymovie channels or anything. So best advice find another company
