Wrong flowers!

My friend passed away and I wanted to send him WHITE LILLYS. I got to the funeral home and they sent White Carnations. Not one Lilly was in the flowers I ordered. Plus they told me my order was 45.00 and they charged my credit card 88.00 for UGLY CHEAP CARNATIONS!!! On top of that I call every day demanding someone call me back and strighten this out and no one ever did. Dont ever deal with these people it is a SCAM!!! No costumer service. They just have people sitting in there little cubicals taking orders and u cant ever get intouch with any manager! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. Dont ever order from them. If you every need flowers call the direct number to the flower shop.
