They've really poor business methods. I purchased a gown on 3/30/10. Got a contact on 4/1 that stated my item shipped and included a tracking number.By today 4/6 I still had not received the purchase. I named to obtain more data and was informed the purchase hadn't delivered and wouldn't until 4/10. Furthermore, after I put the purchase the web site mentioned the item was "in-stock: Ships next business-day"... That clearly didn't occur. After I named I had been informed the only thing-they might do for me personally was stop the purchase... They falsly advertised the product was in-stock after which lied in my experience within an email that my purchase had delivered when the truth is is never did!
