Ripoff my bank account and never enrolled me in their service

I was recently enrolled with their credit service accidentally and I then tried to cancel the service to which I was notified that I could not cancel because some type of bank card was ordered during the process (a check box that was already marked on website). I was very disappointed yet I accepted the mistake and decided to use my account for some possible Christmas gifts. It has now been over thirty days and I have yet to recieve any information in the mail or recieve a banc card or have my account activated on iwilltakeit.com. They have emailed me confirmations and notifications but every time I try to use this iwilltakeit.com it says my account is not active. This just a fraudulent website and I am sure there are others who have been taken by them as well.
